Time change to avoid the heat!
This is a tennis event for the purpose exercise and having fun on a pleasant Sunday afternoon. All levels of experience are welcome and encouraged to participate. Children are welcome and can either play each other or with adults of similar skills. Advanced players are welcome but please be patient with novice players.
Tennis is an excellent way of achieving and maintaining a certain level of fitness. Playing tennis improves your muscular strength and endurance and develops balance and hand-to-eye coordination.

Please bring your own tennis racket, sunblock lotion, water to drink, & some tennis balls for yourself although I have plenty of used tennis balls for us to play with.
