Date change to Friday 6/19 to make sure the trail is dry out after all the rain. This is a New Location for CHOA Mountain bike.

Difficulty level is difficult with steep incline and tight single trail. Required extensive mountain biking experience.

Poston is made up of very hilly terrain making for a nice cardio workout with very little flat sections. The woods are very thick and the corridor is kept tight making for some nice singletrack trail.

In addition to the singletrack there is a scattering of technical optionals along the way. From steep downhills, to drops, to jumps on the trail. Poston trail has a little something for everybody to enjoy. Poston trail is still under construction so new mileage is added every few months. There`s also plenty of interesting natural highlights including a rocky stream that the trail crosses on several occasions, a fern forest, huge live oaks, large leaf magnolias, lots of wildlife, and much more. For the more adventurous, feel free to explore the powerline cut!

As now Poston have 5 miles of trails. we can do this loop once or twice :)
