Trail running is alot like road running, however you have the added task of placing most of your steps. This provides a more varied workout and a slight bit more concentration then what you would normally have running a road or a greenway. All of Latta`s trails are improved and as a result injuries are rare We again will have a 8km loop and a 5km loop for all whom want to attend. If anyone would like a different start time please feel free to contact me or write a comment as I am open to meeting at anytime.
I am going to make this a weekly event starting next week, so lets get a group together!
