HOW WE WORK:
Class is on every Thursday, from 8PM to to 9:30PM. From warm-ups to
stress-relieving stretching to power development on the heavy bags to skill and
speed training with the Thai pads, you will enjoy a variety of exercises. Both
upper body and lower body are stimulated in activities that result in greater
aerobic and anaerobic capacities. You will have fun, burn fat, tone muscles,
improve flexibility, and of course, learn the valuable authentic self-defense
techniques that have been proven effective in combat. You don't have to be a
superb athlete to get started. All you need is a desire to improve yourself and
the ability to have fun with others.
Men and women of all ages and physical conditions are currently training with
us. All are kicking and punching their way to stronger, leaner bodies and
quicker, better-focused minds.
