Come and enjoy a fun boat tour to several Lake Norman Islands. During our trip we will visit some bird sanctuary and wildlife habitat islands. Tour each islands by foot, take pictures, and enjoy the day under the sun. Snack food and water included.
Water skiing, wake-boarding
Join CHOA friends and spend a fun day on the Lake Norman water skiing, wake-boarding and get some sun this summer. Members only events.
Boat Ride and Lake Island Cookout
Come on out to Lake Norman, have a few libations, and get to know others in "the same boat." We will putter out from Ramsey Creek Park to the "Big Island." When we arrive, we'll set up a grill, take a short walk to a "haunted" house, and prepare our dinner. After the grill is put out, hop back on the boat for a sunset cruise. You can also bring a towel and swimwear. We will likely anchor and swim around as the sun goes down. Members only event.
